The IBM 2077-24F is a Storwize V5000 small form factor (SFF) expansion enclosure, designed for use with Storwize V5000 Gen2 systems. In the event a faulty part or a part that stops working within its warranty period, email your contact person and request a RMA (email should include Ameta invoice number, product part number & serial number) and we will process your claim.
