The majority of our equipment comes with 6 months warranty, with the exception of tapes and batteries - which comes wth 1 month waranty. If you need a special warranty period, you can ask your contact person for an extended warranty. Please note that the extended warranty can be extended for a maximum of 3 years and in most cases it incurs an extra cost. It must also be purchased at the same time as the original Purchase Order. In the event a faulty part or a part that stops working within its warranty period, email your contact person and request a RMA (email should include Ameta invoice number, product part number & serial number) and we will process your claim. Product is refurbished and re-certified by the original manufacturer.

Product is unused and factory sealed in original manufacturer retail packaging.

Product is unused with or without original manufacturer packaging, such as bulk, pulls, or spares.

New Open Box (NOB)

Product is unused, but original manufacturer packaging seal is broken or cut.

Shipping Information

We offer same-day shipping on all orders placed before 14:30 CEST (Central European Summer Time), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this cutoff will ship the next business day.

Typical delivery times:

• Within Europe: 1–2 business days
