If you need a special warranty period, you can ask your contact person for an extended warranty. Please note that the extended warranty can be extended for a maximum of 3 years and in most cases it incurs an extra cost. It must also be purchased at the same time as the original Purchase Order. In the event a faulty part or a part that stops working within its warranty period, email your contact person and request a RMA (email should include Ameta invoice number, product part number & serial number) and we will process your claim. Product is unused, but original manufacturer packaging seal is broken or cut.

Shipping Information

We offer same-day shipping on all orders placed before 14:30 CEST (Central European Summer Time), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this cutoff will ship the next business day.

Typical delivery times:
