The Cisco DS-SFP-FC8G-SW is a shortwave 8Gbps Fibre Channel (FC) SFP+ transceiver, ideal for use in Cisco MDS series and compatible Fibre Channel switches. Designed for multi-mode fiber (MMF), it enables reliable high-speed storage area networking over distances up to 300 meters using OM3 cabling.

With an LC duplex connector, this hot-swappable SFP+ transceiver provides flexible and scalable connectivity for SAN infrastructures, ensuring high-performance data throughput and low latency.
