The Intel SR3GD Xeon Gold 5120 Processor is an enterprise-class server CPU from the 1st Generation Intel Xeon Scalable family, designed for data centers, virtualization, cloud infrastructure, databases, and demanding business applications. With 14 processing cores and support for multi-socket server platforms, the Xeon Gold 5120 provides a strong balance of compute performance, memory bandwidth, and power efficiency.

The Xeon Gold 5120 features 14 cores and 28 threads, a 2.20GHz base frequency, up to 3.20GHz maximum Turbo frequency, 19.25MB Intel Smart Cache, and a 105W TDP. It supports six-channel DDR4 ECC memory and Intel technologies designed to enhance virtualization, workload consolidation, security, and enterprise system performance.

Using the FCLGA3647 socket, the SR3GD is suitable for compatible enterprise servers from HPE, Dell EMC, Lenovo, Cisco, and other manufacturers that support the Intel Xeon Gold 5100 Series.
